Baby First Christmas Ornaments – Bring Joy and Smiles to Your Family and Friends

Many expectant mothers are scrambling to come up with baby first Christmas ornament ideas that will be unique and have their infant’s name on it. The advent of the Internet allows these women to not only see the many gifts available but also to see baby first Christmas ornament ideas in one place. There are a number of popular baby first Christmas ornament ideas that are sure to get some extra attention this season.

One idea that will be popular is a photo of a baby wrapped in a christening blanket with the baby’s name written across the back. This is a perfect way to introduce the baby to the concept of Christmas and the meaning of gifts as well as presents. Make sure to take lots of photos of the baby and have them framed for the baby’s name to hang on the wall. As baby grows older, it is a good idea to purchase a gift certificate so mom can give baby a present that will be useful when he or she is older. When the baby is older, a name plated piece of jewelry is an excellent choice for a baby first Christmas ornament.

Another great idea for baby Christmas decorations is having a “Baby in the cradle” sign taped onto a piece of cardboard. Then you can attach a small fabric baby blanket around the sign. Then make a string with the baby’s name and date of birth. It can be a little difficult to find fabric that can grow with the baby but a teddy bear, baby blanket or any other fabric will work beautifully.

A photo of a baby can also be made by cutting out a simple picture from the card and placing it on the baby’s name tag. The font can be anything you wish to make the font look special. You can use the baby’s name, heart, stars, birth date or anything else that will fit into the theme. Make sure you place the photo of the baby on an adhesive backing so that it stays in place. Do not forget the ribbon that goes around the birth date.

If you are looking for a more permanent alternative to the handmade sign, you may want to consider the use of an inexpensive clay marker. Glue a fabric baby blanket or other baby item onto a piece of your choice of fabric. If you are artistic you can even paint the baby’s name onto the item. Cut the fabric so it is about twice as long as your thumb. Then, tape the clay onto the fabric so it forms a loop and wrap it around the object you placed on the clay.

In order to create a more meaningful baby first Christmas ornament, you may want to include some baby first Christmas greeting cards that you have received throughout the year. It is especially nice if you have a family photo of baby included in the card. Simply gather all of the cards and place them into an envelope. Send the letter to the parents of the child first and then continue with the other recipients.

If you cannot find a handmade sign or blanket to attach to the tree, another option would be to purchase an inexpensive baby ornament such as a Baby Star Globe that can be made at home. The process is very simple. All you need is the baby’s name and birth date and then email or write the photos of the baby to the company you purchased the baby globe from. The company will then manufacture the baby star globe for you and mail it to your door.

A baby first Christmas ornament is a great way to bring joy and laughter to family and friends that celebrate this special time of the year. Make sure you give everyone a gift that they will be proud to display for years to come. After all, it only gets bigger and more beautiful as the baby grows.
